Managing your subscription
Saygood Plus is billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel it, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or go to Manage Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
Deleting your account & data
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account to permanently erase your synced data from our servers and your data on the device. You can also email us to request deletion.
Restoring purchases
New phone or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same Apple ID and your subscription restores automatically. If it doesn't, email us.
Common questions
- Do I need an account? No — you can create a partner and start talking right away. Signing in only adds cross-device sync.
- Which languages are supported? 20+ in-app, with more reachable by creating your own partner.
- The partner talks too fast / corrects too much / too little. Tap a partner and adjust the Level, Coaching, and Immersion sliders — you're in control.
- Is my microphone always on? No. It's only used during a live call, and we don't keep your call audio afterward.
